Type SF-4 is used in Margarine, Shortening, peanut butter, mayonnaise, salad sauce and oyster sauce etc. as food emulsifier and stabilizer. It reduces fat crystallization and avoids fat & water separation to improve quality. Type SF-4 is used in sweetened condensed milk, malt milk, cheese and instant whole milk powder as food emulsifier. Type SF-4 increases materials solubility, and avoids materials precipitation and agglomeration to improve product quality. Type SF-4 is the main emulsifier for non-dairy creamer (coffee-mate). Type SF-4 works in beverage such as soymilk, coco milk, peanut milk etc. to improve materials solubility and stability to avoid precipitation and fat & water separation. Meanwhile, shelf life gets extension. Starch acts as the filling material added in meat products such as sausage, luncheon meat and meatballs. Type SF-4 added to prevents starch retrogradation and make product taste good. Moreover, Type SF-4 improves materials mixing and water & starch combination to decrease separation, shrinking and product hardening. Type SF-4 added in Potato chips as emulsifier to decrease materials’ viscosity and improve materials mixing.
